Michael Kosta on his memoir, Lucky Loser: Adventures in Tennis and Comedy
Before Michael Kosta was famous for hosting The Daily Show and performing stand-up comedy specials, he was a kid growing up in Michigan, playing Kosta Family Tennis with his mom, dad, and three siblings. He dreamed of becoming a tennis pro, and that’s what he did, eventually earning a world ranking. But in the evenings, after practice, he’d go find a comedy club and take the stage. Join Michael Kosta as he describes how the rigor of the tennis circuit prepared him to meet the challenges of showbiz and find humor in life all around us.
